Gloves tend not to come out of their boxes easily. With the box in this position/angle, the gloves fall back into the box which avoids waste.
Storage of replacement inventory and various tools for the station.
With an alcove, all PPE inventory replacement is accessible from the top of each dispenser.
Access of the PPE equipment is accessible from the top or bottom of their indiviual boxes or containers. Nothing can be removed or added by a right to left (and vice versa) motion as the walls on each side of the system inhibits this action
